By using SOS Silent Help (“the App”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

No Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that messages will be delivered in all circumstances.

User Responsibilities

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to your use of the App, including failure of message delivery, delays, or inaccuracies in location data.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOS Silent Help, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses resulting from your use or misuse of the App.

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law rules. However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to bring proceedings in the courts of another jurisdiction, including (but not limited to) the courts of Bangladesh, if we consider it necessary to protect our interests or enforce our rights.

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall, unless we decide otherwise, be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably consent to such jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for complying with local laws. We make no representation that the App is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.
